One more additional point, there might have new disease found right there in Next Year Mid Feb to Mid Mar. And because it's element is water, so dont know will it be related to what i described the poison or medical waste/disease leaking into the floating Water pipe. But it is not a big event and not related to terror attack. Their Medical Force can control it.

The Attack is more related to Transportation Field. But I believe the attack or accident is stirred by the itself, rather than the attackers attack it actively, coz both known and secret attackers are in passive mode.
